Pricing and how to book

All prices are quoted per person for a 7-night/8-day charter in 2025, starting and ending at Gouvia Marina in Corfu. Please note that these prices are indicative only; for up-to-date pricing and availability, refer to my booking calendar. We are also able to offer departures and arrivals from other locations such as Lefkada/Preveza, Kefalonia, and Patras. If you're arriving by private aircraft, we can arrange transfers from any airport along Greece's western coast, please contact us directly to discuss your travel plans.

VAT at 12%, Food, Drink, Fuel and any Port Dues are not included in the charter cost. A minimum APA of £4500 will be required, prior to coming aboard. Please see the notes below for an explanation of how it all works.

Using our online calendar system, select your prefered dates and the system will then take you to our booking page. Fill in your details and select the 'Direct Booking' button.

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll reach out to finalise the details. You’ll then receive a contract and a preference sheet, when we have those back, we’ll begin planning your holiday collaborating with you to create a personalised itinerary and handle any necessary advanced bookings, such as restaurants, taxis, marinas, excursions, and rentals. As part of the luxury service, we aim to accommodate most requests, so if we can assist with anything please don’t hesitate to ask. For those who prefer a more spontaneous approach, We're very happy to use our local knowledge and expertise to provide you with an exceptional experience in real-time.

The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is used to purchase fuel, food, drink, marina or port dues, Hire equipment, Taxis, etc. Your captain keeps a fully detailed record of all expenses, which can be made available at any time, any surplus funds will be returned at the end of the charter. A more accurate APA will be calculated once your itinerary has been finalised.. 

The extras are - Flights, transfers (we can organise these for you) and crew gratuity (usually 5% to 20% of the base charter price).

The final details of all guests and any balance of account must be received no later than 5 weeks prior to your holiday dates. Any bookings made less than 6 weeks from departure will need to be paid for in full. Only one discount code can be used per charter. Any discounts given, are for the charter base price only.
