Pricing and how to book

All prices are per person based on a 7 night / 8 day charter during 2025 starting and finishing in Gouvia Marina, Corfu - The prices below are an indication only, please use our booking calander to see current pricing and availibility. Other starting and finishing locations are available, please contact us directly for more information.

VAT at 12%, Food, Drink, Fuel and any Port Dues are not included in the charter cost. A minimum APA of £4500 will be required, prior to coming aboard. Please see the notes below for an explanation of how it all works.

Using our online calendar system, select your prefered dates and the system will then take you to a booking page. Fill in your details and select the 'Direct Booking' or 'Make Option' button and we will get in touch to confirm the details.

As soon as we receive your deposit we will send you a contract and a preference sheet. Once we receive these back, we will start planning your holiday. We will work with you to make sure you have an amazing itinerary for your time on board with us, following that we will make any reservations that are required in advance i.e. restaurants, taxis, marinas, excursions, hire etc.

The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is used to purchase fuel, food, drink, marina or port dues, Hire equipment, Taxis, etc. Your captain keeps a fully detailed record of all expenses, which can be made available at any time, any surplus will be returned at the end of the charter. A more acurate APA will be calculated once we have finalised your itinary. 

The extras are - Flights, transfers (we can organise these for you) and crew gratuity (usually 10% to 20% of the base charter price).

 The final details of all guests and any balance of account must be received no later than 5 weeks prior to your holiday dates. Any bookings made less than 6 weeks from departure will need to be paid for in full. A more acurate APA will be calculated once we have finalised your itinary. Only one discount code can be used per charter. Any discounts given, are for the charter base price only, all APA expenses including fuel, food, drink, gratuities etc. should be calculated using the un-discounted base charter price. If claiming code 'BOATS24', the balance of the holiday must be paid by 31st March 2025. Other T's and C's apply.
