Welcome aboard! I’m Gye Dibben, I bring over 20 years of hands‑on maritime experience and a lifelong love of the sea to my role here at Zest Yacht Charter.

My journey began at age 10 in Optimist dinghies and progressed to owning and restoring a variety of vessels—from a Glastron 25′ motor cruiser to a Jeanneau 40.9 sailing yacht. Today, I’m the proud owner and skipper of Spica Primero, a beautifully restored 24 m Hatteras motor yacht. I earned my professional skipper’s credentials in 2019 and have been delivering safe, stylish, and memorable voyages ever since.

My background isn’t limited to boats. I’ve owned and run a hotel and restaurant—working every station from serving tables to preparing meals. That experience taught me the value of genuine hospitality, meticulous service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. My time working in a chandlery further sharpened my technical skills in marine equipment and maintenance.

All these experiences converge aboard Spica Primero. As your host and skipper, I’m committed to offering you an authentic yacht‑life experience. Relax on deck, sip a sunset cocktail, and enjoy privacy and comfort in a stylish setting.

I’m right here to enhance your stay—whether that means offering insider tips, helping with local reservations, or chatting about sailing life and Corfu’s coastline. My mission is simple: to exceed your expectations while making you feel entirely at ease.

We typically operate with a two-person crew, but we can accommodate an additional crew member if your needs require it.

We currently use professional agency crew, once we accept your booking we will source and book the crew accordingly.
